You may want to consider doing some container gardens also. I happen to have a large wash tub available as well as a small amount Mel's mix we use for our raised bed gardens, if you would like help. As for the mint, dig up a clump, take a plastic garden pot with the bottom cut off, plant the pot in the soil up to the rim and plant the clump of mint into the pot.
